At Offcote Grange Cottage Holidays we have 2 large 5 star self catering cottages which are ideal for wedding parties and accommodation for guests who are attending weddings at either Osmaston Park or Tissington Hall, near Ashbourne,Derbyshire. We are approximately 15 minutes drive from either of these venues. Bed and breakfast and evening meals can also be provided to help you and your guests relax and enjoy your wedding.

We are now available to take bookings for the Christmas period of 5 days from the 23rd to the 28th December 2020 in Billys Bothy- following Covid Rules. The 5 day period has been reduced accordingly to £2583 for the 5 nights. There is also an option to hire a 6th annex bedroom at £75 per night giving a total sleeping capacity for up to 16 people. COVID AND DECEMBER 2020 BOOKINGS – posted 10th November 2020
We are are with everyone else in lockdown, but come December 2nd we should know more of the Governments intentions for December/Christmas and the New Year. It may be that they will remove the lockdown but go back to the rule of 6 depending on how well the public manage to control the spread, or it may be they give a new rule of bigger groups with rules attached during the festive season, or it could be a longer lockdown.
Either way we will be open for business as soon as we possibly can. Keep an eye on our special offers which will be available for smaller groups once we are allowed to reopen. Easter is still available in Billys Bothy for the week or weekend of the 23rd March 2018.. These large luxury party houses located in central Derbyshire can each sleep 14, and at Billys Bothy you have an option to sleep a further 2. Hot tubs are available and catering can be provided by arrangement
Located between Ashbourne and Carsington they are perfect to explore this wonderful area,walking the Dales, the Peak District and around some beautiful villages. A wonderful area for all ages to enjoy. Having just had the Boxing day bloodhounds chase, followed by the Mappleton Bridge Jump on New Years day, we are now looking forward to the famous Royal Shrove Tide Football in Ashbourne which takes place on Shrove Tuesday and Ash Wednesday every February. Great fun and a real experience.

But its like stepping back in the past, a wonderful atmosphere, full of interesting and facinating things, good beer, history, artifacts, charm and good company what more could you want. Try the Yew Tree Inn at Cauldon near Waterhouses.

Fantastic area for exploring all the many sites and attractions that Derbsyhire and the Peak District have to offer. Close to Ashbourne and Carsington Water and edging the Peak District National Park. Excellent area for walking the beautiful Derbyshire Dales, from the door or further afield. Great Activities at Wildpark Leisure. National Trust properties and historic Houses abound plenty for children. Great for cycling with many cycle tracks.
