Here at Offcote Grange Cottage Holidays we aim to offer you the best in holiday cottages in Derbyshire.
Currently we have for your pleasure two beautiful luxury holiday cottages, Billys Bothy and Hillside Croft each sleeping from 10 to 14. Both of these lovely holiday cottages are located in central Derbyshire and are the perfect base to explore and experience all the wonderful things that Derbyshire and also Nottinghamshire and Staffordshire have to offer.
Both holiday cottages are set in peaceful rural locations,nestled in the centre of the Derbyshire Dales within some of the most beautiful countryside in England. A mix of gently rolling pastureland, with ancient limestone walls or hedges full of wildlife, picturesque dales with gently flowing rivers, impressive rocky outcrops and the magnificent heather covered moorlands of the Peak District National
Park.
Just a short drive from either of our holiday cottages are all the activities and attractions Derbyshire has to offer. Carsington Water is on the doorstep offering walking, boating,cycle hire, bird watching and a visitor centre and restaurant.
Some of the best hsitoric houses in the country are close by, Chatsworth House, Sudbury, Kedleston, Hardwick and Haddon Halls. For excitement we have Alton Towers premier theme park and Gullivers Kingdom for the smaller children. For lovers of museums we have Steam Train, Tramway, Industrial, Pottery, Mining and Toy museums, to name but a few.
An ideal base for walking holidays or celebrations with friends and family , try the many activies closeby- quad bikes, golfing, pony trekking, archery, clay pigeon shooting or relax with one of our pampering breaks with a sauna, massage or nail treatments.
